- Track Shipment
Please email us at contact@freightchain.world to track your shipment status.
- Booking Amendments
- Booking details such as AWB information and cargo details can be amended without any restrictions before amendment cut-off time.
- Additional charges will be imposed for changes made in the AWB after the cut-off time.
- To amend booking details, go to “Active Bookings”, select the AWB that you want to amend, proceed to click “Manage Booking” and select “AWB”.
- Rescheduling
- Bookings can be rescheduled before the cutoff time permitted by airlines and subject to space availability.
- To reschedule your booking, go to “Active Bookings”, select the AWB that you want to reschedule, proceed to click “Manage Booking” and select “Reschedule.
- Booking Cancellation
- Booking made can be cancelled before the cutoff time permitted by airlines and full refund will be credited in your e-Wallet
- To cancel your booking, go to “Active Bookings”, choose the AWB that you want to cancel and proceed by clicking “Cancel Booking”
- Payment Method
- Payments for bookings can only be made through the e-Wallet. Buyers are able to top up eWallet using online transfer or credit/debit cards.
- To top up eWallet, go to “eWallet'', select “Top up” and proceed to top up eWallet by using your preferred method.
